Notebooking in Social Studies

I love note booking. This method allows us to have fun in Social Studies each year. We have learned about many countries this way, along with facts related to them. Here is some of my children's work. We recently visited Australia, after wrapping up China. Now, we are studying Norway.

Typical things I find online for each country or continent we choose to study:

1.You Tube videos for school life in that area
 -What would a typical day of school look like? Or, what are some unique schools children attend in those areas?

2.YouTube science videos related to the animals or the geography of the region

3.Free printable and coloring pages related to the area we are studying
