House Cleaning & Homekeeping & Hygiene Favorites

 Here are some of my favorite cleaning supplies and home keeping must haves for health and hygiene:

I love the honest company. These products can be bought on Amazon.  Their natural and simple cleaning supplies are affordable and this spray is made with peroxide-for a sparkling and disinfecting clean without bleach or ammonia. You can clean anything from counters to bathrooms with this spray.  I do not recommend cleaning any floor tiles or wood with this, but any other surface is safe, including diaper changing pads and I've even sprayed toys overnight! 

This is a natural cleaner for stainless steel cookware, which can inherit staining very easily. You can also buy dish brushes specifically to clean stainless pots and pans to use with this cleaner.

Made with special enzymes that effectively cleans whites and colors in cold water while extracts of citrus and grapefruit seed help remove tough stains and odors.

These work well for a natural dish detergent for the dishwasher. 

Now on to natural products for health! 

Dental Health

Incredible affordable mouthwash.  I have two dental tricks because I used to struggle with lots of cavities and stains on my teeth. 

First, eat craisins. Cranberries or dried cranberries have a natural chemical that Jesus made in this fruit that  fights cavities in your mouth. When I started eating this a few times a week, just in random handfuls, I went to the dentist, and that time I had zero cavities!  I have had old cavities re-fixed, but any new cavities- maybe one over a year? Awesome results. 

I have another super affordable trick that you can buy on Amazon. No, I am not an affiliate. The dental worker cleaning my teeth was shocked with how much whiter my teeth were, how healthy my gums were (they scaled lower with their hand machine during the cleaning test) and how overall clean my mouth was. So with flossing with a pick, I use this mouthwash. Results have been seen over about six months and gargling this mouthwash 3-4 times a week for 1 minute.

Skincare

Coconut oil traps natural moisture in your skin.  It is a wonderful yeast killer on the skin and even helped me with a severe fungal infection on my feet years ago.   Use this in place of a natural lotion and moisturizer a few times a week. Just place dollops in a container that you buy. It might be easier to buy a container with a lid! 

Oils are easy to add your skincare products and shampoos/conditioners. A dropper to two in your containers is all you need. These oils help fight wrinkles, and have many health benefits. The Bible even supports health through oils! No, this is not a prosperity gospel ad. 

Buy whichever brand you like and these can be found on Amazon- which is just the easiest with a big family for us. 

Facial Sores and Strep Sores/Cold Sores/Germ Fighter

This product is amazing and prevents and fights bad bacteria on the face naturally. Found on Amazon. Spray this a few times a week on your face.  Once you quit getting facial sores, use sparingly, but as a preventative as well as when there is a breakout.

Vitamins /Supplements/Makeup

A vegan makeup, tinted moisturizer with sunscreen I found on Amazon. All natural and it lasts forever!  Six months to a year so you save money. Just find your right shade. It's hypoallergenic.

Did you know that Grapefruit nasal spray fights nose fungus? Did you ever think about a nasal spray not only for allergies, but for sinus health and preventing health issues? Grapefruit supplements fight fungus and yeast as well.
