I feel someone might benefit from this post. God is our Father, He came to earth as the Son (Jesus Christ) to pay for our sins, and He lives in our hearts when we accept Him as Savior. (Holy Spirit). He is the One true God of all creation and Father. Isaiah 9:6. Baby Jesus was prophesied to be called the Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace- and He is, was, and always will be!
Maybe this season isn't full of joy for you. Though this season for me is absolutely joyful and the Lord has wiped my darkness away from many seasons ago, more hard seasons will come for me at some point I'm sure. Everyone goes through hard seasons in life. None of us are exempt. However, I have found a peace in God that has been unshakeable. He is the only healer. No person, no event, no circumstance, no sin, no regret, no hardship, will ever take you from His love. Ever.
No demon from hell, no evil monster, no person, no power, not even yourself, if you feel like your own worst enemy, can separate you from the love of God. I absolutely promise!
Romans 8:38-39. Colossians 1:20 Jesus died for all creation! That includes you! Rejoice!!!! If and only if you accept His death and resurrection for your own sin and death; you will live forever with Him. With your Father! With your true love! With your savior!
It's far better to walk this earth following God and hanging on to His word, than to walk in the fleeting passions of sin. No sin can be a bandaid long enough to substitute for Christ. No person can be what you need. Only Jesus, the fulness of the Godhead can. In Him, dwells alls the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
Colossians 2:9-10
So, if you are going through a hard season, God promises to heal you.
Jeremiah 17:14 - Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise.
Jeremiah 33:6 - Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them and reveal to them abundance of prosperity and security.
Isaiah 53:4-5
Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was pierced for our transgressions; He was crushed for our iniquities; upon Him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with His wounds we are healed. "This passage is speaking about Christ's death on the cross for all. Colossians 1:20. You are always included in the free choice to accept Christ's death for you. It has been accomplished. Much like a marriage, you choose to join with your Savior to reap eternal life. Those who reject Christ will not reap eternal life."
Claim God's promises. Walk in his light. Forgive. Forgive anyone who has hurt you. Our family always strives to walk in forgiveness. Forgiveness doesn't mean re-trust automatically (Joseph testing his brothers with Benjamin), but it does mean letting the debt go- 100 percent. Giving it to God and having mercy. Praying for your enemies. Praying for your friends. Praying for your own forgiveness to God with whatever you need forgiveness for.
Be healed through forgiveness. I have and my husband has forgiven all people in our life. We make this a priority.
Be healed through the knowledge of your salvation- if you have accepted Christ.
1 John 5:1Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God
Rejoice if you believe Jesus is God, the Messiah who came, died, and rose again in human flesh.
I am so excited for this Christmas with my family. However, its not based fully on them, it's because of Jesus.
