Basically, I’ve learned to rest as a biblical helper of my husband. My job is to submit to Christ, submit to Jer, love my children, and trust Jer’s leading and provision for us.
No other person has that role in our lives. Like your marriage, you have leaved and cleaved to your husband as one flesh. You will find submission isn’t the worldly definition it’s defined as. It a biblical strength regardless of circumstance.
When I submit to my husband I please the Lord. My job is to come under him to support him and where God speaks for us.
It’s a joy. I don’t try to usurp my husband religiously or in life. I follow his lead. I have deep great joy due to following scripture on this matter. Perfection -NO.

God might have said "Eve, I am God. I made you. I took you out of that man over there, who is sleeping.

His Heart Safely Trusts in Her
Proverbs 31:10-12 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
Here we see a picture of a beautiful woman whose life is all wrapped up in being a help meet for her husband. "His heart doth safely trust in her." He doesn't have a worry or fret about his wife. He knows she will never leave him. Her commitment to him is sure. She will spend their money carefully. She will never do anything that would bring him dishonor. She will be a good mother of his children.
He has confidence in her, knowing she will be his loving, supportive wife all the days of her life, just as the Scripture describes.“
“God's ordained purpose for a wife is to to be that behind the scenes support for her man. This purpose is clearly revealed in Genesis , when God explains that it is not good for the man to be alone. He said in effect, I will make him a helper perfectly suited for him. She will be exactly what he needs. She will come alongside him and help him." Know for certain, woman (wife) was created to be the support; her divine calling is to be a helper to her man.“
